Refund & Cancellation Policy

Safe Xpress Packers and Movers

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and is binding upon all customers who book services with Safe Xpress Packers and Movers.


1. Advance Payment & Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings require an advance payment to confirm the service.

  • Advance payments are strictly non-refundable, except where cancellation is initiated by Safe Xpress Packers and Movers.

  • The advance amount is used to block resources, manpower, vehicles, and scheduling and is therefore forfeited upon customer cancellation.


2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

  • More than 72 hours before scheduled service:

    • Refund of the paid amount excluding the non-refundable advance, GST, and payment gateway charges.

  • Between 24–72 hours before scheduled service:

    • Up to 75% of the total service charges may be deducted.

  • Within 24 hours of scheduled service, on the same day, or after vehicle dispatch:

    • No refund shall be issued under any circumstances.


3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Safe Xpress Packers and Movers

  • If Safe Xpress Packers and Movers cancels the service due to reasons solely attributable to us, a refund of the base service amount will be processed.

  • GST, convenience fees, and third-party charges (if any) are non-refundable, as per statutory and vendor policies.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.


4. Service Delays

  • Delays caused due to traffic, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, government regulations, or force majeure events do not qualify for refunds.

  • Any compensation or adjustment, if offered, shall be at the sole discretion of Safe Xpress Packers and Movers.


5. Damage, Loss & Insurance Claims

  • Refunds are not applicable for damages or loss of goods.

  • Claims shall be settled only through the insurance provider, if insurance coverage was opted for by the customer.

  • All damage or loss claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by photos/videos and inventory records.

  • No claim shall be entertained after this period.


6. GST & Taxation Clause

  • GST once invoiced and deposited with the Government of India is non-refundable, except where legally mandated.

  • Any refund approved will be calculated excluding GST, unless a valid GST credit note is issued in compliance with GST laws.

  • Customers registered under GST must provide correct GSTIN details at the time of booking. Incorrect GST details will not be corrected post-invoicing.


7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect pickup/delivery address or contact details provided by the customer.

  • Customer unavailability at pickup or delivery location.

  • Change in moving date, volume, or destination after vehicle dispatch.

  • Delay or non-performance due to force majeure events.

  • Disputes raised after service completion without written proof.


8. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Safe Xpress Packers and Movers is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI providers, or payment gateways.


9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • Any dispute shall be resolved amicably first.

  • In case of legal proceedings, courts located in Gurugram/Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Safe Xpress Packers and Movers is an independent relocation service provider. We are not associated, affiliated, endorsed by, or connected in any manner with Safexpress Pvt. Ltd. or any other similarly named company or brand.

Any similarity in name is purely coincidental. Safe Xpress Packers and Movers operates as a separate and distinct entity, and all services offered are provided solely under our own business name and responsibility.

Customers are advised to verify company details, branding, and contact information before availing services.
